Measured Building Surveys

Any project involving the alteration or extension of an existing property will require an accurate measured survey of the existing building, which will enable floor plans, elevations and cross sections to be produced.

We carry out the survey and work it up into a set of existing drawings that becomes the basis for every stage that follows — from the first sketch scheme through to the working drawings issued for construction. Getting this information right at the outset keeps the design grounded in what is actually on site and avoids surprises later.

Surveys are arranged at a time that is convenient for the client and, wherever possible, are completed in a single visit.
