Planning Applications

In most cases any new build or extension to a commercial or residential property will normally require planning approval.

We prepare and submit the full application, including the drawings and supporting information, and manage it through to a decision. A thorough understanding of the planning process — and, where it helps, pre-consultation with the local authority and consultees — avoids the delays that come from an incomplete submission.

Where a site is sensitive, for example in a conservation area or close to a listed building, we co-ordinate the specialist input needed to support the application.
